Senior Incompetence Engineer

Remote • Full-time • $120,000 - $180,000

We're looking for an experienced professional who has mastered the art of looking busy while accomplishing nothing security-related. You'll be responsible for designing systems that appear secure but are actually completely vulnerable.

Requirements: 5+ years of security experience, proven track record of failing security audits, expert-level incompetence in at least 3 programming languages, ability to explain complex vulnerabilities in simple terms to executives.

Chief Vulnerability Officer (CVO)

New York, NY • Full-time • $200,000 - $300,000 + equity

Lead our global vulnerability initiatives! As CVO, you'll oversee our portfolio of security failures and ensure we maintain our position as the industry leader in professional incompetence.

Requirements: 10+ years in security leadership, proven ability to ignore critical vulnerabilities, MBA preferred, excellent presentation skills for convincing boards that terrible security is actually good security.

Compliance Theater Director

Washington, DC • Full-time • $130,000 - $180,000

Orchestrate elaborate compliance performances that satisfy auditors while maintaining zero actual security. You'll be our lead actor in the ongoing theater of cybersecurity regulation.

Requirements: Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST frameworks, proven ability to check boxes without implementing actual controls, drama or theater background a plus.
